Ingredients: black-bone chicken, mushrooms, longan, red dates, medlar, astragalus, codonopsis pilosula, ginger, onion, salt, crystal sugar and sesame oil.
Step 1: Wash the black-bone chicken and cut it into pieces. Put cold water, chicken nuggets, a few slices of ginger in the pot, and bring it out of the pot on fire. This step is blanching, mainly to remove blood stains and dirt. Generally, stew should be blanched.
Step 2, add a little oil and rock sugar to stir-fry until the sugar color is brown, then put ginger slices and chicken pieces into the pot, add a proper amount of cooking wine, stir-fry for a while, and then add warm water to boil.
Step 3, simmer in a casserole and add mushrooms, astragalus and codonopsis pilosula. After stewing for two hours, add chopped green onion, jujube, longan and medlar.
Step four, put a spoonful of salt and a few drops of sesame oil, and you can go out of the pot.
