In fact, seafood soup is very easy to make. Blanch the flower crabs in water with ginger, onion, garlic and cooking wine. After blanching, cut off the claws and keep them. First spit out the sand from the clams (soak them in salt water for a while), wash them and blanch them again and set aside.
Put the chicken soup into the pot, let it simmer for a while, then add the crab claws, clams, fish tofu and other ingredients. Simmer over low heat for some time. Just add salt and it's ready to drink.
Some restaurants do not use chicken soup, but use chicken essence and MSG. With so many seasonings, of course you will find it delicious.
