Prepare the materials as shown in the figure.
Add ginger, cooking wine, salt and chicken essence to the two sections of bullfrog, grab and marinate, and prepare other things (change other meat if you like).
Wash shredded tofu and bean sprouts, wash Flammulina velutipes, remove roots, wash green bamboo shoots, slice lunch meat, and remove roots from fungus.
My bean sprouts are made hard by myself, so I scalded them with boiling water and spread them at the bottom of the bowl (I don't want the soup to taste like bean sprouts). You can operate them like me.
Prepare a pot to boil oil (not too much). Turn the oil to low heat, and add dried peppers and plenty of ginger. Stir-fry prickly ash and minced garlic until fragrant, add a spoonful of Pixian bean paste, stir-fry 1/3 bags of chafing dish bottom material, stir-fry red oil, add clear water on high fire, and cook for 15 minutes (let the soup taste fully), then take out the bottom material with a colander, take out the remaining spicy soup, keep the fire burning all the time, and press the vegetables. I don't have to cook lunch meat, because I'm going to put it on a gas tank stove later, which is terrible (both those who don't like cooked dishes and those who like cooked dishes are teased). Finally, the pickled bullfrog is cooked. Mala Tang is cooked immediately after the cooked bullfrog goes down, but I still cooked it 1min and took it out and spread it on it. Finally, try the salty soup base, add salt when it's light, then pour the soup base into a bowl filled with cooked vegetables and meat, sprinkle garlic, peppers and dried Chili coriander on it, and then pour hot oil into the pot (my video here is exactly the same as the way I used to pour oil on boiled pork slices)
