There are many kinds of gifts. How rich the world is, how wonderful the talents are. The diversity of talents makes it almost impossible for people to say clearly how many kinds of talents human beings have. Moreover, with the development of society, human talent is always in the dynamic of renewal and change. Some talents of the previous generation, such as counting money by hand, selling meat accurately, weighing goods accurately, striking iron by hand, spinning by hand, wooden farm tools, street acrobatics, etc., may degenerate and disappear with the development of the times because they have no place in society. Others will show some new talents with the new social trends, such as online games and promotion with goods. Therefore, we can only draw a rough line and outline the generalization and distinction of talent types. Here I roughly divide talents into three types: brain talents, non-brain talents and mixed talents.
Psychological talent embodies the superiority of a certain psychological ability. Such as language talent, communication talent, memory talent, science talent, logic and mathematics talent and so on.
Non-intellectual talents include instinctive talents and technical talents. People are born with all kinds of instincts, such as crying and sucking from birth, as well as smell, taste and conditioned reflex. Instinct talent is based on the extraordinary potential and characteristics of some instinct. Skilled talents are a special ability that ordinary people can't reach. For example, some extraordinary sports skills, performance skills, hand-made skills and so on.
Mixed and superimposed talents are determined by both mental and non-mental factors. They are interdependent, mutually conditional and indispensable, and cross, overlap and mix to form a special specialty. For example, in sports competitions such as ball games, gymnastics and diving, each participant must exert his mind and skills to the extreme in order to achieve the best results. Mixed and superimposed talents have the closest relationship with social life and are widely used.
In real life, mental talent and non-mental talent often coexist. There are non-mental factors in mental talents, which must also include the components and functions of the mind. We can only divide it according to its main aspects. In the research and analysis of intelligence, we should not deny or exclude the subtle influence of non-intelligence factors. When analyzing non-intellectual talents, we should also affirm the role of intellectual factors. This is a very special feature of human beings as advanced life, and it is also an inevitable feature of the magic of talent itself-the so-called heart and non-heart can not be completely clearly distinguished. Mixed and superimposed talents are intertwined, showing the state of "you have me and I have you". Mental and non-mental factors often play a role at the same time. The lack or deficiency of any one of the mental and non-mental factors may not necessarily form the corresponding talents.
