I. Materials
500g prawn, 30g starch, 2 egg whites and 3g salt.
Second, practice.
1. Shell prawns, remove shrimp lines and cut prawns.
2. Chop prawns with a knife.
3. Add egg white and salt and start stirring.
4. Stir until it is slightly sticky, and add some starch, not too much.
5. The finished product is spread on a plate and refrigerated.
Third, tips
The finer you cut, the better, and the longer you shoot, the better. Only by stirring hard can the energy be strong.
