Exercise 1:
1. Wash and chop spareribs, cut carrots into hobs, and prepare seasonings: ginger, garlic, pepper, star anise, cinnamon and dried pepper.
2, ribs first simmer, remove some water vapor and then cook; Pour an appropriate amount of oil into the pot, stir fry, add bean paste and prepared condiments such as ginger, garlic, pepper, cinnamon and star anise, stir fry the materials with low heat, add a little salt to the ribs after stir fry, add carrots to the ribs after shrinkage, stir fry evenly and add water to cook.
3. Add proper amount of sugar and soy sauce before the water in the pot is boiled, stir-fry and mix well.
4. The small fire juice is ready.
Materials:
Pork ribs, ginger, onion, star anise, pepper (a little), salt, monosodium glutamate, sugar, cooking wine and soy sauce.
Exercise 2:
1, cut the ribs into pieces and put them in boiling water to remove blood, then pick them up and wash them for later use.
2. Pour a few drops of oil into the pot, add ginger slices and shallots, and stir fry slightly.
3. Pour the ribs into the pot and stir-fry over medium heat until the meat turns white.
4. Stir-fry with cooking wine 1 min.
5. Then add star anise, soy sauce and sugar.
6. After the fire is boiled, turn to a small fire and slowly burn until the ribs begin to soften. Add carrots and a little salt.
7. When the carrots are soft, add some chicken essence, sprinkle with chopped green onion and start the pot. We don't use monosodium glutamate at home, so we use chicken essence instead.
