Cashew lily fried celery
Ingredients:
200g celery, 20g cashew nuts, 1 lily, appropriate amount of salt, appropriate amount of sugar, appropriate amount of cooking oil, appropriate amount of sesame oil , appropriate amount of water starch
Method:
1. First cut the celery into diagonal slices, remove the lily heads, break them into slices, put them into clean water and wash them.
2. Pour water into the pot, add two spoons of salt and a small amount of cooking oil. When the water boils, add celery and lily, blanch for one minute and remove.
3. Pour oil into the pot, add lily and celery, stir-fry for a while, then add half a spoonful of salt and a little sugar to taste.
4. Then pour a small amount of water starch, stir-fry to reduce the juice, add two drops of sesame oil to enhance the flavor, take it out of the pan and put it on a plate, finally sprinkle with cashews and you're done.
