500g spareribs, 2 shallots, ginger 1 tablespoon, soy sauce 1 tablespoon, appropriate amount of pepper, 2 star anise, 2 cinnamon 1, 2 fragrant leaves, 3 tablespoons of soy sauce, 5 mushrooms, and soy sauce 1 tablespoon.

1. Wash the ribs and soak them in cold water for half an hour.
2. Prepare a casserole with a big belly, put the ribs in it, and just add water to the ribs.
3. Add a piece of ginger, it doesn't need to be chopped, and it's best not to peel it. My Lafayette doesn't know how to peel it for me.
4. Put all the dry materials into the bag, put them in, wash the shallots and put them directly, but leave some shallots for later use, wash the mushrooms, scald them with hot water and put them in.
5. After the fire boils, if there is floating foam on the surface, remove it and add soy sauce, soy sauce and soy sauce.
6. Turn the fire down and cover it regularly for 40-50 minutes.
7. When the time is up, turn off the fire, continue to stew for 10 minutes, and then take out the onions and packets.
8. Take out our ribs and eat them, either dipped in garlic paste or dipped in juice.
