1. Fried meat with king oyster mushroom. 100 grams of lean pork, 2 king oyster mushrooms, 2 green peppers, garlic cloves, green onion and ginger, 1 tsp of Pixian bean paste, light soy sauce, cooking wine, and appropriate amount of vegetable oil. Slice king oyster mushrooms, shred onions and ginger, and slice garlic. Cut the lean meat into thin slices and slice the green pepper. Pour a little oil into the pan, add the king oyster mushroom slices and fry until both sides are slightly brown, remove and set aside. Put a little oil in a wok, fry the meat slices for about 5 minutes, add Pixian bean paste and stir-fry evenly. Add onion, ginger and garlic and stir-fry until fragrant. Add the fried king oyster mushroom slices, a little light soy sauce, cooking wine and a small spoonful of water and stir-fry for a while. Add green pepper and stir-fry until raw.
2. Honey oyster mushroom. King oyster mushroom, chopped vanilla, honey. Wash the king oyster mushrooms and cut them into about 1cm thick slices. Use the tip of a knife to score lines to facilitate the flavoring. Mix 1 spoon of honey, 1 spoon of cooking wine, half a spoon of sesame oil, a little soy sauce, appropriate amount of salt and pepper and mix well. Season the mushrooms with sauce; place the king oyster mushrooms in a pan, pour the sauce evenly over them, and marinate for about 15 minutes; then sprinkle with an appropriate amount of chopped herbs, fry the king oyster mushrooms over medium-low heat until the sauce is dry. King oyster mushrooms will release some water during the frying process, so there is no need to add additional water. Use chopsticks to turn the king oyster mushrooms over halfway through to keep them evenly heated and to coat the mushrooms with the sauce.
3. Stir-fried king oyster mushrooms. Pleurotus eryngii, onion, light soy sauce, salt, pepper. Wash and slice the king oyster mushrooms, blanch them in boiling water, then drain the water, add a little light soy sauce, mix well and marinate for 15 minutes; wash and cut the onions into shreds, add a spoonful of oil to the frying pan, and stir-fry both sides of the king oyster mushroom slices over low heat. Take out the slightly yellow color; add onions until fragrant, add king oyster mushroom slices and stir-fry together; add salt and pepper to taste, stir-fry evenly.
4. Stir-fried king oyster mushrooms and peppers. Pleurotus eryngii (two), hot pepper (one), green onion (one section, about 7 cm long). Cut the king oyster mushrooms into round slices; wash and cut the peppers into shreds; cut the green onions into round green onions. Boil water in a pot, add the chopped king oyster mushrooms, wait for about a minute after the water boils again, then place them in cold water and stir-fry. Prepare the ingredients for stir-fry: chopped green onion, a little peppercorns, soy sauce (just cover with the chopped green onion). Heat the pot until 50%, add the prepared ingredients and stir-fry until fragrant, add shredded peppers, stir-fry for about two minutes, add blanched king oyster mushrooms, stir-fry over medium-high heat, and add salt according to personal taste , if you want the color to be better, you can add some soy sauce. Stir-fry for about 5 minutes and it's ready to serve.
