Ingredients: goose gizzard, potato, garlic, dried pepper, star anise, ginger, onion, cooking wine, salt, chicken essence and thirteen spices soy sauce.
Steps:
First, wash the goose gizzard and cut it into pieces of about 2 cm. Usually a goose gizzard can be cut into 6~8 small pieces.
Second, cut the potatoes into pieces and prepare the onions, ginger and garlic.
3. First add a proper amount of vegetable oil, then add thirteen spices such as onion, ginger and garlic to stir-fry the fragrance, and then add dried pepper to stir-fry the fragrance.
