Sixteen, Korean seaweed soup

In Korea, women eat after giving birth! Because it can enrich blood, it symbolizes peace. Be sure to eat it on your birthday. If no one cooks seaweed soup, no one will feel pain.

Ingredients: 200g kelp soaked in water, 100g beef, 2 tablespoons soy sauce, 1 tablespoons sesame oil and garlic foam, pepper and soybean oil.

Exercise:

(1). Soak kelp in water.

(2) Chop beef and mix with soy sauce and sesame oil.

(3) Put sesame oil, stir-fried beef and kelp into the pot.

(4) Stir-fry, add water, and then add soy sauce, garlic foam and pepper.

Note: If you eat garlic, please put garlic (very important! )

Seventeen, seaweed rice

Preparation: Rice. Add some sesame oil and some salt peculiar to Korea to the rice. Because our salt is salty, we'd better put some cooked sesame seeds in the rice. Buy some laver in the supermarket, maybe with bamboo boards.

Exercise:

Put the laver on the bamboo board, and then put the rice in the middle of the laver, which can account for about one fifth. Then spread out the rice and pay attention to leave some space. Don't spread the rice too full. Then spread Korean hot sauce or salad dressing on the rice, cut some cucumber strips and carrot strips, and add some pork floss, ham and squid floss according to your own taste. Finally, roll up the bamboo board.

The first is miso soup soaked in rice.

The famous miso soup in Seoul has a long history. According to legend, Tang Xianzong (1834 ~ 1849) also ate it. Bibimbap with miso soup was put in a cauldron and burned with firewood in the restaurant on the day of market. After walking for dozens of miles, people in the market can drink several cups of Magli wine (a Korean rice wine) and rice soaked in soy sauce soup to relieve fatigue immediately.

Exercise:

(1) Wash the steak and meat in cold water, and cook them with radish in water.

(2) Take out the cooked meat, cut it thick, season it with onion, garlic and soy sauce together with the cut radish, and then stew it in the soup.

(3) Wash Pteridium aquilinum and Platycodon grandiflorum, add seasoning and stir-fry until fragrant.

(4) Then, the soybean sprouts are cooked and mixed with seasoning.

(5) Cut the beef into pieces, add seasoning and bake it into a circle, and then cut it into quadrangles.

(6) Put the rice in the casserole, put the miso soup, and then put the meat and the mixed vegetables evenly.

(7) When eating, you can add onions, sesame seeds, Chili noodles and so on according to your own hobbies.

Twenty, squid hot pot

Ingredients: 2 fresh squid, soybean sprouts 100g, watermelon 50g, carrot 50g, onion 1 piece, 3 red peppers, 3 cups of clear soup, squid sauce (1/2 tablespoons of soy sauce, 1 tablespoon of minced garlic, 1 tablespoon of pepper.

Exercise:

1. Viscerate the squid, rub it evenly with salt, then rinse it with clear water, cut the squid into 8cm long shreds, cut it into segments with claws, and mix well with sauce to taste.

2. Cut shallots into 5cm long segments, and carrots, watermelons, red peppers and shallots into pieces with a width of 1cm and a length of 5cm.

Add salt, soy sauce and pepper to the broth, it will taste better.

4. Put the squid seasoned by the method (1) in the middle of the hot pot, put the cut vegetables neatly on the edge, light the hot pot on the table, and start eating when the pot is hot.

Twenty-two, fried melon slices with shrimp sauce

Ingredients: tender melon 1 tablespoon, shrimp with salt sauce 1 tablespoon, chopped green onion 1 tablespoon, minced garlic 1 tablespoon, Chili noodles 1 tablespoon, sesame oil 1 tablespoon, sesame salt/kloc.

Exercise:

1. Cut the tender watermelon into semicircular slices with a thickness of 0.3 cm.

2. Mix (1) slices of watermelon with salt, and then squeeze out the water.

3. Heat a little oil in a non-stick pan or wok, add watermelon slices and stir-fry until slightly cooked; Season with salted shrimp.

4. When the watermelon is fried to green, add chopped green onion, Chili noodles, sesame salt and fire sesame oil, and stir well to serve.
