Ingredients
1 seabass
1 tomato
1 handful green onion
8 slices of ginger< /p>
An appropriate amount of salt
An appropriate amount of sesame oil
2 tablespoons white wine
1 teaspoon vinegar
How to make tomato seabass soup
Cut tomatoes into cubes. Leave only the white part of the shallots. Wash and set aside. Let the vendors slaughter the sea bass. Go home and cut into 4 sections for later use.
Pour oil into the pot, add 4 slices of ginger, add the sea bass pieces and fry on both sides until cooked, remove and set aside. The ginger slices will brown after frying the fish. Remove and throw away.
Put enough water in the pot, add the fried seabass pieces, white wine, vinegar and 4 additional slices of ginger. Cook over high heat to create a milky white soup. After about 20 minutes, add the tomatoes and green onions. Turn to medium heat and simmer for about 10 minutes and season with salt.
Finally, drop in the sesame oil.
