Ingredients: lotus root 1 node, celery 1 root, 2 millet peppers, 2 cloves of garlic, Chili sauce 1 teaspoon, soy sauce 1 teaspoon, and 4 tablespoons of oil.
Exercise:
1. Wash lotus root, peel and slice, wash celery and cut diagonally, chop millet pepper and slice garlic.
2. Boil the water in the soup pot and blanch the lotus root slices for 3 minutes.
3. Remove and drain the water, sprinkle a little raw flour and catch it well.
4. Relax the oil in the pot, heat it to 60%, add lotus root slices and fry until the surface is slightly burnt.

7. Add lotus root slices, add soy sauce and stir well.

Green beans with minced meat and olive vegetables
Exercise:
