Cut the onion into horseshoe onions and slice the ginger.
Production process:
1, add appropriate amount of water to the pot, add pork belly to soak in water, add cooking wine to remove odor, remove floating foam after the water boils, cook for about one minute, and take it out for later use.
2. Add clean water to the pot again, and add pork tripe, ginger slices, onion segments, cooking wine, pepper, star anise, salt and pepper to remove fishy smell.
3. Boil the water and pour it into the pressure cooker, then turn to low heat and press for about 20 minutes.
4.20 minutes later, fish out the pork belly, cut it from the middle and cut it into thin strips.
5. Add the right amount of water to the pot. After boiling, add Pleurotus ostreatus, Flammulina velutipes and Pleurotus eryngii, and pour out after boiling.
6. Add an appropriate amount of vegetable oil to the pot, add onion and ginger, stir fry, then stir fry pork belly, add the soaked fresh bacteria, then add pork belly soup (that is, the soup after pork belly is pressed out by the pressure cooker), and if the soup is not enough, add an appropriate amount of water.
7. Stew until the soup is thick and white, then add the right amount of salt and pepper, stew for another minute, and sprinkle coriander on the pot.
