The practice of stewed meat in Northeast China:
Step 1: Boil pig bones in hot water to remove fishy smell. Put it in a pressure cooker, then add star anise and onion ginger, and take it out for about 40 minutes.
Step 2: Wash the tomatoes, scald them with hot water, peel them and chop them up.
Step three, squeeze the tomatoes into juice for later use.
The fourth step, the beans are peeled, cut and washed.
Step five, wash the cabbage and tear it into pieces by hand, wash the cantaloupe and cut it into thick pieces, and peel the potatoes and cut them into small pieces.
Step 6: Add a little scallion and ginger into the pot and stir-fry until fragrant, then add pork bone soup, tomato juice and beans, stew for 20 minutes on medium fire, add potatoes and cabbage for 10 minute, and finally add cantaloupe and cooked pork bone for 10 minute.
