1. Peel the tender corn, remove the beard and steam it in a basket.
2. Peel off the corn kernels, carrots and green peppers and cut them into small pieces.
3. After the pot is hot, add green peppercorns and stir-fry until soft, then serve.
4. Add a little oil to the pot. After the oil is hot, add the corn kernels and stir-fry.
5. Pour in green pepper dices, carrot dices and a little refined salt, stir-fry until evenly mixed.
