Formula: 2 eggs, 200ml milk, 60g sugar and 60g water.
Exercise:
1. Take a small milk pot, add 30 ml of water and 30 g of sugar, and simmer slowly without stirring. Cook until the sugar melts and bubbles, then pour 30 ml of cold water. At this time, there are no big bubbles in the pot, and the caramel becomes thicker. Pour the boiled caramel into the bowl and spread it all over the bottom of the bowl for later use.
2. Wash the small pot of milk, pour 200ml of milk and 30g of sugar, and turn on the medium heat. If you don't have pure milk, you can also use adult milk powder, but you can't use milk powder that children drink, which will smell like fish.
3. Take a large bowl, beat in two eggs and mix well.
4. Slowly pour the boiled milk into the bowl filled with eggs, while stirring, slowly at first, and quickly at the back. If you pour it in at one time, it will become an egg flower.
5. Filter the evenly stirred milk and egg liquid twice with a sieve. After filtering, if there are small bubbles in the bowl, you can scoop them out with a spoon.
6. Pour the egg liquid into a small bowl filled with caramel, cover it with plastic wrap or tin foil, steam it in boiling water for 10 minute, then turn off the fire and stew for 2 minutes. This recipe makes two small bowls.
7. After cooling, draw a circle around the bowl with a knife, cover the bowl with a big plate and buckle it out. See if this color is too attractive. Sweet and smooth, especially delicious. ?
