1. Prepare a piece of chicken breast without skin and fat.

2. Cut into shreds and put into a bowl. Add some cornstarch and a little water, marinate evenly for a while and then season. Add thirteen spices, light soy sauce and sesame oil.

4. Wash and pick clean and set aside.

5. Heat the pan, pour in appropriate amount of olive oil, and add the marinated chicken breasts.
