1. Wash the rice until the water is clear. Soak for half an hour~

2. Put the soaked rice into the small cup of the electric stew pot (the cup looks a bit big in the photo, but it is actually a small cup), and add water to 1/2 of the rice.

Add a few drops of sesame oil and stir to make the cooked rice sparkle and shine~

3. Put it in the electric stew pot and start simmering. Check the time. It will take about half an hour from the time you put it in and turn on the power.

4. Season at the same time. Mix several liquid seasonings and set aside. Cut the meat into small pieces and set aside (you can replace it with Cantonese sausage)~
