Production process:
1. Wash eggplant and cut out patterns for later use. Don't cut it. Join together and marinate with salt for a while to soften the eggplant. Wash and chop the meat, add onion ginger, cooking wine, soy sauce, an egg, salt and salad oil and stir well.

3. Wash prawns, peel them and cook them with boiling water.
