The old-fashioned omelet is made as follows:
Step 1
Beat the eggs and milk into a water-free and oil-free basin, add the soft sugar, and send the warm water from electric egg beater. Warm water will make the whole egg faster and more stable.
Second step
Send it to a state where you can draw eight words, and it will not disappear immediately.
Third step
Sift in low-gluten flour and stir until there is no dry powder. Don't draw circles, it will defoam and make the cake not fluffy! Don't mix too much, just don't see the dry powder.
Fourth step
Finally, add corn oil and mix well. Be sure to mix from the bottom. Prevent corn oil from sinking to the bottom.
Step five
Pour the cake paste into the paper cup.
Step 6
The cake is sent to the middle layer of the TD PRO double hot air steaming oven in Kaidu. Because this Kaidu TDpro can be baked without preheating, it is sent directly to the steaming oven to start the baking hot air mode.
Step 7
Adjust to 160℃ and bake for about 25 minutes.
Step 8
Time is up! Double hot air function can make each omelet have even color when baking!
