material
California candied dates, seeded (pitted) 12, panima ham, cut into 4-6 pieces, 2cm long and 5cm wide (Italian smoked ham, cutinto 1 "x3 "stripes), blue cheese, crushed.
working methods
Material preparation: It is suggested to cut Parma ham or Iberian ham into 2 cm long and 5 cm wide, and one ham can be cut into four parts. Bacon is used to cut a piece in half. The cut ham should be enough to wrap the candied dates for one or two laps. Try to cut a piece first, adjust it if necessary, and then deal with other parts according to the appropriate size. Air-dried jujube is mainly Arabic variety (Medjool), which is rich in California and originated from Morocco. Arabica dates are long in shape, about three centimeters long, oval in shape, thin in skin and brown in color. Some of them don't have seeds in the market, so you must have seeds before using them. The cutters cut in pairs along the long axis, then the two halves are aligned and sealed for later use. Break the cheese and fold the walnuts in half for later use. If you like cheese, but dare not compliment the blue pattern, you can also make cheese with mild taste and low melting point, such as Fontina cheese.
Preheat the oven to 425 degrees Fahrenheit /220 degrees Celsius.
Assembly: After the materials are processed as above, just take the ham and follow it (seedless! ) Wrap the candied dates once or twice and put them on the baking tray. If you use bacon, it is thicker, and you can use toothpicks to fix it. There is one more program in the large code version. After cutting half of the candied dates to remove seeds, grab a handful of cheese and fill it in the middle, use half-kernel walnuts, then connect the two halves of the candied dates together and wrap them in ham.
Oven baking: After the oven temperature is enough, bake for about 8 to 10 minutes, and you will see that the ham sticks to the candied dates and the edges are crisp. Due to different equipment and materials, the time may be different. Adjust it if you want. If you use bacon, the time will be extended by about two times. When using a small oven, the temperature should be as high as possible, and different models are different. It doesn't matter if there is no preheating function, and the overall baking time can be extended to reach the same maturity.
