Ingredients: prawn, onion, ginger, garlic, onion, dried pepper and pepper.
Exercise:
1. Dip: put 1 tbsp of light soy sauce, 1 tbsp of steamed fish drum oil, 1 tbsp of balsamic vinegar and 1 tbsp of white sugar into a bowl and mix well. Add hot oil, onion, ginger, garlic and dried pepper into the pot, stir-fry and pour on the juice.
2. Wash prawns, put them in a pot, pour some water, add onions, ginger, peppers and cooking wine, cook for 5 minutes, then remove them and put them on a plate.
