Tip: It is not recommended that you directly cut corn kernels with a knife, which is wasteful.

Boil the water in the pot. After the water is boiled, put the corn kernels into the boiling water and cook the corn kernels. This time will take about 5 minutes. After the corn is cooked, take it out, control the excess water and put it in a clean bowl. Adding about 10g sugar can make corn taste sweeter! You can add sugar according to your taste.

After the sugar is stirred evenly, add 10g glutinous rice flour and 20g corn starch and stir evenly. Let every corn be covered with flour. Stir well and let it stand for 2 minutes to make the corn grains regain moisture, which is to make the starch on the corn grains stick more firmly.

The next step is to blow up! It is skillful to stir-fry corn, and the oil should be added twice. You need to prepare two pots: one pot is used to heat the oil for later use; The other pot is used to fry corn. Follow the steps below and everyone will understand!

First, use a deep pot. The oil in the pot is boiled, and the oil temperature is about 60% hot. The temperature of 60% hot oil is probably that when chopsticks are put into the oil pan, bubbles can quickly emerge around them. You can turn off the fire for standby!

Put some cooking oil in the pot. Add corn kernels and level them with a shovel, so that the corn kernels are evenly spread at the bottom of the pot. Press them gently to make them look like cakes.

After corn kernels are sorted into cakes, they are poured with hot oil. Be sure to move lightly, don't hurt yourself, and be safe! Note that the whole process will be a fire, and the oil must not pass the corn.

The whole frying process takes about 3 minutes for the corn to be fried and solidified. Don't turn the corn for 3 minutes! After 3 minutes, the tortillas began to float gradually. Turn off the fire at this time and fish it out.

Be careful not to damage this shape when you take it out! You can put it under it with a shovel or spoon, then press it with chopsticks, and then let the corn burn!
