Can anyone use the oven to make brown sugar wheat germ buns and no-knead grain bread?

Since I bought an oven, I have started making various delicacies, including brown sugar wheat germ buns and no-knead grain bread.

1. No-knead grain bread

★Ingredients:

160g beer, 20g sugar, 4g salt, 70g milk, 3g yeast, 10g oil, fruit 60g dry, 300g grain bread flour.

★Method:

① Make beer (pour it out first and let it sit for a while) + sugar + salt + milk + yeast, do not stir, sprinkle the yeast on top and wait for 1 minute Let it dissolve naturally.

②Add salad oil + dried fruit + bread flour, stir until there are no dry flour particles, cover with plastic wrap and ferment for 2 hours.

③After 2 hours, use a scraper to stir and exhaust, and continue to ferment for 1 hour. Sprinkle some flour on the baking sheet to prevent sticking, move the dough to the top, press to release the air, fold in from all sides, and put the smooth side of the folded dough into the fermentation basket.

④Put it in the oven for fermentation, take it out after 40 minutes and cut it.

⑤Place the preheated Changdi Greedy Cat Plus-Multifunctional Air Frying Oven, middle and lower layers, bake at 200 degrees for 20-25 minutes, cover with tin foil after coloring.

★Tips:

① Beer adds flavor and richness, and can be replaced with milk or water.

② Grain bread flour can be replaced with multigrain flour, whole wheat flour or ordinary bread flour. I put it in the air-conditioned room during fermentation!

③If there is no basket, you can place it directly on the non-stick baking sheet with the seam facing down.

2. Brown sugar wheat germ buns

★Ingredients:

200g high-gluten flour, 50g whole wheat flour, 20g wheat germ, 160g ice water, 15g corn oil ,? 30g brown sugar, 2g salt, 3g yeast powder, appropriate amount of wheat germ and butter.

★Method:

① Put all the ingredients into the kneading bucket, knead evenly at low speed, then turn to speed 4 and knead until the film can be pulled out.

② Let the dough rest in a round shape for 15 minutes, divide it into 6 pieces, roll it into a round shape and let it rest for 10 minutes.
