The method/steps of the chef's cartoon stick figure;

Use a black watercolor pen, starting with the lovely chef's hat, and the pen is connected with clouds. Draw the basic shape of the chef's hat, as shown in the figure below.

Then draw a cute chef's head shape, which is represented by a circle, and then draw two small eyes and a cartoon chef, as shown below.

Then draw the lovely chef's body with a black watercolor pen, and draw two small arms, one hand facing up and the other on the waist, as shown below.

Then draw a lovely chef's hand with a black watercolor pen. One hand is raised and the other hand is clenched into a fist. This lovely chef is serving food, as shown in the picture below.

Then use a black watercolor pen to draw the dishes served by the lovely chef, and hold a bowl of vegetables or a bowl of soup in one hand, as shown below.

Then draw a dish bowl held by a lovely chef with a black watercolor pen, and draw two curves on it to show the heat, so that the lovely chef can draw it, as shown below.
