Ingredients: dried Pacific croaker, onion, sesame, grilled fish sauce, minced garlic, sugar, minced onion, Chili powder, sesame salt, sesame oil, sesame sauce, soy sauce and sesame oil.
Exercise:
1. Soak the dried tilapia until soft, and then cut the fish into pieces.
2. Make a flower knife on the fish skin. Don't make the flower knife too deep.
3. Mix sesame paste materials together to make sesame paste, and then smear it on the fish pieces.
Put the dried fish on the iron shelf and bake it a little.
5. Mix the grilled fish ingredients together to make a sauce and apply it to the grilled fish slices.
6. Continue to dry the grilled fish on the iron shelf, and repeat painting and barbecue for two or three times.
7. Sprinkle chopped green onion and sesame seeds on the grilled fish.
