2. Accessories: 1 root onion, 5g garlic, 2g salt, 5g cooking oil, 5g ginger, 5g dried pepper, 5g vinegar, 3g soy sauce and 5g sugar.
Step 3 practice:
(1) Cut 1 root onion, 5g garlic slices, 1 root cucumber.
(2) Put 1 chopsticks on each side, and cut them at an oblique angle of 45 degrees with a right-angle knife. Be careful not to cut them off.
(3) Put the cut cucumber into a bowl and add 2g salt for pickling 1 hour.
(4) Heat hot oil from the pan, and pour 5ml of cooking oil, onion, ginger slices and dried peppers, which are very hot and fragrant.
(5) Take a small bowl, pour 3 grams of light soy sauce and 5 grams of white sugar, pour hot oil and stir well.
(6) Pour the juice into the cucumber and serve on a plate.
