2 eggs, 2g salt, 4 eggshells with boiled water.
Second, practice.
1. Beat the fresh eggs into a bowl and break them up with an egg beater. Add a little salt and mix well.
2. Pour in cold boiled water and stir gently.
3. Filter the egg liquid and pour it into a bowl.
4. Seal the bowl with plastic wrap.
5. Add water to the pot. After the water is boiled, put the bowl into the steamer.
