Let's talk about the first point.
In the mid-Tang Dynasty after the Anshi Rebellion, people's lives went from bad to worse, because the vassal regime, Tubo (pronounced as Bo, pronounced as "broadcast") invaded abroad, and eunuchs monopolized the state affairs. People are dissatisfied with the split and turmoil of reality and yearn for peace and prosperity, hoping to have a capable emperor to change this reality. In this case, it is inevitable to be nostalgic for the prosperous Tang Dynasty. Du Fu's "Memories of Time Past" said: "Recalling the heyday of Kaiyuan, there were still thousands of small towns. Rice is fat and corn is white, and public and private granaries are rich ... "Xuanzong reigned for 45 years. Although he was in a daze in his later years, he was an emperor who had made a difference. The unprecedented prosperity of the Tang Dynasty mentioned in Du Fu's poems originated in the Kaiyuan period when Xuanzong vigorously ruled the country. When people miss the prosperous times, they will definitely think of Xuanzong. Even though he indulged in lewdness in his later period, which led to the Anshi Rebellion, most people thought that he was a "British Lord" blinded by treacherous court officials, rather than an out-and-out bad king. What Xuanzong did before and after his life provided people with historical lessons of the rise and fall of the dynasty, and also left many memorable things. A variety of reasons led to the formation of an atmosphere in the society at that time to talk about the legacy of opening heaven: "Palace maids have long hair, arguing about Xuanzong's grand occasion" (Yuan Zhen's Palace Ci), "When rural teenagers leave chaos, they must dream of seeing things first" (Wei's Drinking with the elders in the village), "Asking about love and knowing things is in Tianbao, knowing people before" (Wang Jian's "Giving Yan Shaobao" Yang Fei is also a figure closely related to the late Xuanzong period and the prosperous Tang Dynasty. Xuanzong loves her very much, and her relationship with Xuanzong is an important part of Xuanzong's image. She was executed as the "bane" of the Anshi Rebellion, which really brought great pain to Xuanzong. In his later years, Xuanzong was honored as the emperor's father. Under the suspicion and supervision of Su Zong, he lived in the "old man-free" west. On the basis of people's nostalgia for the prosperous times and then for Xuanzong, we can't help but express sympathy for Xuanzong's bleak and lonely evening scene; I admire Xuanzong's deep affection for Yang Fei, which is extremely rare among feudal emperors. I express my sympathy, regret and sadness for their tragic ending. However, after what happened, I learned from this painful experience. In the review and reflection of history, people who sympathized with Yang Fei gradually increased, and a large number of people talked about it. From The Legend of the Song of Eternal Sorrow, it says, "... I took a fairy to visit the temple in my spare time. Speaking of this, I sighed. Holding a glass of wine in front of Lotte, the hostage said,' What Fu hoped to replace was not polished until it was born, but it disappeared with the times and was unknown to the world ...' "You see, Song of Eternal Sorrow was processed and polished according to folklore. That is, the feelings revealed in Song of Eternal Sorrow were shared by many people at that time.
The second foundation of the creation of Song of Eternal Sorrow is Bai Juyi's personal love experience and love ideal. Bai Juyi got married at 36. According to experts' research, Bai married late because he had a congenial girl in Fuli, Xuzhou when he was young. Because of the low family status of girls and the barrier of social hierarchy, they failed to get married formally and were not recognized by society, which brought great pain to the poet. Until the poet later left Liv to say goodbye to his girlfriend, he was still attached to her. Bai Juyi's poems, such as Sauvignon Blanc, To Xiangling, Feelings and Flowers Not Flowers, all reveal this point. The poet once wrote so sadly: "don't cry, dive away;" Silent, dark acacia, no one knows outside the heart. A solitary bird locks a deep cage at night, and a sword breaks branches in spring. Although the river is turbid and sunny, aconite is black and white; Only live in seclusion in the dark, and wish each other no later! " Bai Juyi was thirty-five when he wrote Song of Eternal Sorrow, that is, he had left his girlfriend and had not married the later Mrs. Yang. The poet has experienced the pain of lovesickness and yearns for sincere and endless love. Therefore, in the creation based on the folklore of Li Yang's love, he injected his own thoughts and feelings, polished these "things he hoped" after he was born, and shaped Li Yang's image according to his love ideal. In the description of Li Yang's endless and unforgettable lovesickness, he devoted his own wishes and pains. Hope and pursuit, "we hope to fly in heaven, two birds grow together on the earth with one wing, two branches of a tree." Give the hero the quality of sticking to his faith and living. Li Yang's love has been sublimated to an ideal height in the yearning for the morning and the night and the search for the earth, so that it conforms to his own ideas. This is the ideological basis for Bai Juyi to write Song of Eternal Sorrow, praising Li Yang's love and writing it so touching.
