Steps of stewed pork ribs with radish and yam
1. Because there is no filming process, it is dictated directly. It's best to put the newly bought ribs in the pot and rinse them with cold water, just as the water overflows the ribs. Add a piece of ginger to remove the fishy smell, put it in a large pot, heat it for two minutes on low heat, remove it, wash it and drain it for later use.
2. Wash, cross-cut and slice the white radish! Peel and slice yam, wash and slice mushrooms, wash and slice dried peppers, onions, ginger, garlic and coriander (I didn't cut garlic).
3. Pour a small amount of oil into the cold pot, and add a little more Jiang Ye when the oil is hot (personal preference). Stir-fry dried peppers, drain ribs and stir-fry! Add cooking wine and sugar, a little white vinegar and chopped green onion at the same time.
4. Add cold water directly, this time a little more, because the ribs need to be stewed, so add more water! ! Garlic, and then a long wait! Ding-dong, Ding-dong, Ding-dong ~ About an hour. If you stew it in a pressure cooker, it won't be so troublesome. Fifteen minutes is enough.
If there is little boiling water, you can add some hot water. It is best not to add cold water. Add mushrooms and continue stewing for ten minutes, because mushrooms are more difficult to cook than radish and yam.
6. I won't talk until we cook together in ten minutes. I'll cook yam in fifteen minutes and continue stewing! ! ! ! ! ! Ten minutes later, put salt in the pot, a little seasoning, sprinkle some parsley and chopped green onion, and take out the pot.
