Potato, tofu, pork and squid noodles
1. Prepare chopped green onions first
2. Then cut the washed potatoes and carrots into small dices. Pour into a basin.
3. Cut the washed tofu into small cubes.
4. Put a small amount of oil in the pot, sauté the chopped green onion, then add salt and stir-fry until fragrant.
5. Drain the diced potatoes and carrots in the basin and add them to the pot.
6. Stir fry for a while and then add appropriate amount of water.
7. Wait until the water in the pot boils, then add the diced tofu.
8. Add appropriate amount of sesame oil and wait until the water boils again
9. Then take it out and sprinkle with coriander.
