The standard of light diet is mainly food with less oil, less salt, less sugar and less spicy stimulation. Light cooking recipes include, but are not limited to, fried loofah, fresh rehmannia, fried vegetables, mushrooms and slippery chicken.
The lighter cooking recipes are: steamed eggs with minced meat, melon meatball soup, lotus root ribs soup and so on. All of them can make sweet food without too much oil smoke.
