Kangping County, which belongs to Shenyang City, Liaoning Province, is located in the north of Liaoning Province, bordering Kezuo Houqi, Inner Mongolia in the north, Changtu in the east, Faku in the south and Zhangwu in the west. The Historical Evolution of Kangping County

Kangping belongs to Xinle and Hongshan Culture system, and human beings have lived and prospered for 7000 years. The Warring States, Qin and Han Dynasties belong to the northern territory of Liaodong County, the Jin Dynasty, the Southern and Northern Dynasties and the Sui Dynasty belong to Qidan, the Tang Dynasty belongs to the DuDu House at the end of the Song Dynasty, the Liao Dynasty belongs to Yuanzhou and qi zhou, and the early Ming Dynasty belongs to the commander of Liaodong Santing Wei.
