How to make stir-fried beef with green pepper
Wash the beef and set aside.
Wash the green peppers and cut them into strips, cut the ginger into thin strips, mince the garlic, and prepare a small piece of lemon.
Cut the beef into thin slices, add light soy sauce, cooking wine, salt, pepper, squeeze in lemon juice, mix well with chopsticks, and let it sit for half an hour to allow it to infuse.
Heat the pot and pour in cooking oil.
Add chopped ginger and minced garlic.
Slowly stir-fry out the aroma, then pour the beef into the pot
Stir-fry over high heat.
When the beef turns white, add the green pepper, stir-fry quickly, add a little salt (seasoning has been added to the beef), stir-fry a few more times, and it's ready to serve.
