Ingredients: bitter gourd, medlar, sprite, salt, cooking oil and lemon.
Practice steps:
Step one. Three key points are selected: straight shape, green and fresh color, and full and clear epidermal particles.
Step two. Wash the bitter gourd skin, cut it in half, and scrape off the white pulp in the inner layer with a small spoon.
Step three. Slice the bitter gourd into thin slices, put it in a pot and add water to boil, add a little salt and cooking oil, pour the bitter gourd slices into it and cook for two or three minutes, then take out the bitter gourd and take a quick shower.
Step four. Put the bitter gourd slices in a fresh-keeping box, add a little salt, juice two lemons and soak them in Lycium barbarum. Finally, pour Sprite (without bitter gourd), mix well, cover and refrigerate for several hours.
Tips:
The white pulp in bitter gourd must be scraped clean, and then the bitter taste of bitter gourd will be much less after blanching.
