Ingredients: soybean sprouts
Accessories: salt, onion, monosodium glutamate, sesame oil, cooking oil, soy sauce, ginger, garlic and pepper.
1. 200g of bean sprouts, washed in advance and soaked in clear water for 20 minutes.
2. Slice the pancake into filaments, and cut the onion, ginger, garlic and pepper into powder.
3. Heat oil in a wok and add a little pepper (according to personal taste).
4. Add onion, ginger, garlic and pepper.
5. Add bean sprouts, stir fry, add soy sauce and salt, and add some water.
