Wash squid and drain.

Add shredded ginger into boiling water. Be careful with Bomio's knife, the blade is very sharp.

Cook squid in water.

Immediately put it into a basin and cool it in ice water.

Then pick up the squid, drain it and cut it into sections. Dip in some seasoning, or just dip in some vinegar.
