Practice: buy beef tendon meat, cut into pieces, soak it in clear water for 4 hours, and change the water in the fish tank after the water in the middle becomes turbid until the water is clear.

Three, shrimp. Boiled shrimp is highly recommended.
Food: shrimp, onion, ginger, garlic, cooking oil, soy sauce.
Practice: Wash the lobster first, remove the shrimp thread and whiskers, cut the ginger into thin strips, cut the onion into wax gourd slices, and peel the garlic and cut it into powder.
