Hunan Provincial Center for Disease Control and Prevention released the latest epidemic prevention and control tips.

On February 15, Chenzhou City, our province reported two confirmed cases of returnees from COVID-19. They entered Hong Kong on February 14 and returned to Chenzhou by bus without taking epidemic prevention measures. At present, it is the Spring Festival when the school is back to work, and the global epidemic situation is still at a high level. The epidemic situation in Southeast Asia is getting more and more serious, and sporadic and aggregated epidemics occur in some parts of China. In order to prevent and control the epidemic scientifically and accurately, prevent the import and spread of the epidemic, and ensure the health and safety of the people, this morning, the Hunan Provincial Center for Disease Control and Prevention issued the latest epidemic prevention and control tips. Specific matters are as follows:

First, strictly abide by the travel requirements.

Entry personnel shall receive centralized isolation medical observation for at least 14 days in the first entry city, and those who receive centralized isolation medical observation for less than 2 1 day shall continue to receive centralized isolation medical observation for 2 1 day after returning to Hunan.

Personnel in high-risk areas and counties strictly restrict travel;

People in other counties in the city where the high-risk area is located may not travel unless necessary. If it is really necessary to travel, they must hold a negative certificate of nucleic acid test within 48 hours.

It is strictly restricted to go to middle and high risk areas and counties, and it is not necessary to go to other counties in the city where the middle and high risk areas are located.

High-risk post personnel who have contact with entry personnel, articles and environment at ports, as well as high-risk post personnel such as centralized isolation places, designated medical institutions, fever clinics and imported cold chain food processing enterprises, should try to avoid traveling. If you really need to travel, you must leave your job 14 days and the nucleic acid test proves negative within 48 hours, and report to your unit.

Second, take the initiative to report in time.

Persons who have lived abroad in the past 2 1 day or in other provinces in the past 14 days shall report and register with local communities and units in time.

People who have lived in high school risk areas and their counties, closed control areas and control areas in the past 14 days, as well as people who have overlapped with infected people's tracks, have health codes of "red team" and "yellow code", and the names of cities that arrived or passed within 14 days before travel itinerary are marked with "*" stars; High-risk personnel and other key returnees must take the initiative to report to their communities, work units or hotels at the first time, actively inform the relevant residence history, and actively cooperate with information registration, nucleic acid detection, medical observation and other prevention and control measures.

Those who fail to report within the time limit, deliberately conceal the spread of the epidemic or refuse to cooperate with the implementation of health monitoring measures will be investigated for personal legal responsibility according to law.

Third, implement health monitoring management.

After returning to China, we will continue to pay attention to the epidemic situation in the personal residence for nearly 14 days and do a good job in personal and family health monitoring.

If you find one of the symptoms such as fever, dry cough, fatigue, decreased or lost sense of smell, stuffy nose, runny nose, sore throat, conjunctivitis, myalgia and diarrhea, you should go to a medical institution for medical investigation as soon as possible.

Fourth, use the health password correctly.

Health regulations are an effective basis for implementing epidemic prevention medical measures. All localities should combine epidemiological investigation, reasonably and legally apply health codes, and take corresponding epidemic prevention service measures. No one is allowed to borrow code, set code and use fake code.

Pay attention to personal hygiene rules before going out. People with red and yellow health codes,

Report to the local community, work unit or hotel immediately, accept the investigation of professional institutions, and cooperate with the epidemic prevention work such as centralized isolation, nucleic acid detection and health monitoring.

Those who conceal or lie about the red and yellow codes, personal itinerary and health status will be investigated for legal responsibility.

If you find that your health code does not match the degree of risk, you can consult and complain to the local 12320, local community or county CDC according to the principle of territorial management.

Fifth, take the initiative to carry out nucleic acid testing.

Before March 15, 2022, all personnel who enter and return to Hunan must hold a negative certificate of nucleic acid test within 48 hours before entering Hunan.

Those who enter Hunan due to urgent matters can be tested for nucleic acid after arriving in Hunan. In the absence of other epidemiological history and clinical symptoms, they can take personal protection while waiting for the results of nucleic acid testing.

People who enter and return to Hunan from provinces with local case reports.

Conduct another nucleic acid test within 24 hours after arrival in Hunan, and conduct self-health monitoring 14 days.

Sixth, do personal protection.

Adhere to good personal hygiene habits such as frequent hand washing, wearing a mask and frequent ventilation, keep a reasonable social distance, and do not gather or have dinner.

All eligible people should take the initiative to make an appointment to vaccinate COVID-19 vaccine in the vaccination unit under their jurisdiction; Those who are over 18 years old and have completed the whole vaccination for 6 months should be vaccinated as soon as possible.
