Among the salt table accessories sold now, there is the embryonic form of Pixian watercress-salted red pepper. In Xianfeng period, Chen Shouxin (No.Yiqian), a descendant of Chen, established Yifeng Sauce Garden on the basis of Shuntian Sauce Garden, and Pixian watercress was born. By Guangxu, the annual output of watercress had reached 30,000 to 40,000 Jin.

Opening a clan to set up a household and taking the prefix "Yi" was named "Yifenghe" sauce garden during the Xianfeng period, which took "Feng" as a time record and "Harmony" between heaven and earth. Chen Shouxin and his "Yifenghe" sauce garden are also considered as the authentic ancestors of "Pixian Douban".
