Vegetable and crab meat rice
Materials:
Coriander 1/3 cups of crab meat (including leaves) 1/2 cups of garlic and peanuts, 2 tablespoons of white rice 1 cup.
Seasoning:
Salt 1 tbsp wine 1/2 tbsp sugar 1/3 tbsp pepper 1 2 tbsp sesame oil.
Exercise:
(1) Wash the coriander, soak it in water for 10 minute, pick up and drain the water, pick off the leaves of the coriander one by one, and cut the stems of the coriander into powder for later use.
(2) Wash and drain the rice, add 1 glass water for soaking15min, then add seasoning and mix well. Spread crab meat and coriander stalks on rice, cook in an electric cooker, and stew for 15 minutes.
(3) After opening the pot cover, add the coriander leaves and peanuts, and stir them slightly with a rice spoon to serve.
Bean sprout rice
Materials:
Bean sprouts 4 two shredded black fungus 1/3 cups (about 1 2 cups), 2 cups of white rice and 2 cups of soup.
Seasoning:
2 teaspoons of salt 1/2 teaspoons of sesame oil/2 teaspoons of salad oil 1/2 teaspoons of pepper 1 teaspoon.
Exercise:
(1) Wash and drain the rice, add 2 cups of stock, soak for 15 ~ 20 minutes, then add seasoning and mix well for later use.
(2) Wash the soybean sprouts, spread them on the rice with shredded black fungus, and cook them in an electric cooker. After cooking, it needs to be stewed 15 minutes. After opening the lid, gently stir with a rice spoon from bottom to top.
Mushroom ham rice
Materials:
Mushrooms 10 minced onion 1/4 cups of ham 1/4 cups of Brazilian flour 1/2 tablespoons of five-shell rice 1 1 cup of white rice 1 2 cups of water.
Seasoning:
Salt 2 tsp pepper 1 tsp sugar 1/3 tsp olive oil 1 tsp.
Exercise:
(1) Wash and drain the mushrooms, and slice them for later use.
(2) Wash and drain the five-grain rice, soak it in 1 glass water for 3 hours, then wash the white rice, soak it in 1 glass water for 15 minutes, and finally mix the two kinds of rice (even water) for later use.
(3) Preheat the pan, add olive oil, saute onion, saute mushrooms and ham, add other seasonings, stir fry evenly, and then spread on the rice.
(4) Cook in an electric rice cooker. After the switch is switched on, stew for 20 minutes. Finally, sprinkle with basil powder and gently stir with a rice spoon.
Fresh mushroom rice
Materials:
Fresh mushrooms, 4 pieces of shredded chicken 1/4 cups of celery powder 1 tablespoon of white rice 1 glass of water 1 cup.
Seasoning:
Salt 1 tsp sesame oil 2 tsp soy sauce 2/3 tsp sugar 1/3 tsp white powder 2 tsp black pepper 2 tsp.
Exercise:
(1) Wash and drain the rice, add 1 water and soak for about 15 minutes.
(2) Wash and shred fresh mushrooms, mix them with shredded chicken and seasonings, and spread them on rice.
(3) Cook in an electric rice cooker, after the switch is switched on, stew for 10 minute, open the lid, add celery powder, stew for 5 minutes, and finally gently stir with a rice spoon.
Yu Jun Jian Yue fans
Materials:
2 double egg yolks of Pleurotus ostreatus 1 rice 1 glass of water 1 cup.
Seasoning:
Salt 1 tsp sugar 1/3 tsp sesame oil 1/2 tsp chai fish juice (light color) 1/3 tsp.
Exercise:
(1) Wash and drain the rice, and add 1 glass of water for soaking15 ~ 20min.
(2) Cut off the head of the mushroom, wash and drain it for later use.
(3) Add seasoning into the rice and mix well, then spread the mushroom on the rice, cook it in an electric cooker, stew it for 15 minutes after cooking, and then gently mix well with a rice spoon from bottom to top.
(4) Put the rice into a bowl, press a concave hole in the middle of the rice with a spoon, then put the fresh egg yolk into the concave hole, and gently stir it evenly when eating.
Garlic eight-treasure rice
Materials:
Garlic 10 diced meat 1/2 cups of eight-treasure rice, 2 cups of water and 2 cups.
Seasoning:
Pepper 1 tsp oil 1 tsp sugar 2 tsp white powder 2 tsp.
Exercise:
(1) Wash and drain the rice, add 1 and 9/ 10 cups of water and soak for 4 hours.
(2) Peel and dice garlic, and marinate the diced garlic with seasoning for about 10 minutes.
(3) Spread garlic and diced meat evenly on the eight-treasure rice, cook together, stew for 15 ~ 20 minutes after cooking, and finally gently stir with a rice spoon from bottom to top.
Cabbage and rice
Materials:
2 cabbages, 2 bacon and 3 slices of white rice 1 glass of water 1 cup.
Seasoning:
Salt 1 and 1/2 tsp pepper 1 tsp oil 1 2/3 tsp minced garlic.
Exercise:
(1) Cut Chinese cabbage and bacon into 0.5cm strips for later use.
(2) Wash and drain the rice, and add 1 glass water for soaking15-20min.
(3) Put the seasoning into the rice and mix well, then spread the cabbage and bacon strips on the table and cook them in an electric cooker. After the switch is switched on, don't open the lid, let the cabbage and rice stew for another 15 minutes, and finally gently stir with a rice spoon from bottom to top.
Leek flower rice
Materials:
Leek flower (thin) 20 salted eggs and 2 white rice 1 glass of water 1 cup.
Seasoning:
Salt 1 teaspoon sugar 4 teaspoons Chili powder 2 teaspoons
Exercise:
(1) Wash and drain the rice, and add 1 glass of water for soaking15 ~ 20min.
(2) Wash the leek flower and soak it in clear water for 30 minutes, drain the water and cut it into 1 ~ 2 cm sections for later use. After the salted eggs are shelled, cut into 0.5 cm dices for later use.
(3) Mix the diced salted egg and seasoning into the rice and cook together. After the switch is switched on, add the shallots, cover the pot and stew 15 minutes. Finally, gently stir with a rice spoon from bottom to top, and serve.
Flammulina velutipes rice
Materials:
Fresh lily 1 sausage 1 strip of white rice 1 glass of water 1 cup.
Seasoning:
Salt 1 and 1/2 teaspoons of sugar, 2 teaspoons of pepper and 2 teaspoons of salad oil 1/2 teaspoons.
Exercise:
(1) Wash and drain the rice, and add 1 glass of water for soaking15 ~ 20min. Wash and drain the lily for later use.
(2) Cut the sausage into 0.5 cm thick disks or dices.
(3) Add the seasoning into the rice, stir it evenly first, then spread the sausage plate on the rice and put it in an electric cooker for cooking. After the switch is tripped, do not open the lid and stew for 15 minutes.
(4) Open the pot cover, add the lilies, add a little water to the outer pot, press the switch and cook again. After the switch is switched on, gently stir with a rice spoon from bottom to top, and serve.
Celery salted fish rice
Materials:
Diced celery 1 cup diced salted fish 2 tablespoons white rice 2 cups water 2 cups
Seasoning a:
Salt 1 tsp sesame oil 2 tsp pepper 1 tsp.
Seasoning b:
Red wine vinegar tablespoons sugar 2 tablespoons.
Exercise:
(1) Wash and drain the rice, and add 2 cups of water to soak 15 ~ 20 minutes. Other materials shall be prepared separately.
(2) Add diced salted fish and seasoning A into the rice, stir it slightly and cook it in an electric cooker. After the switch is switched on, stew for 15 minutes.
(3) Open the pot cover, add the diced celery, stir it slightly with a rice spoon, then cover the pot cover, stew for about 3-5 minutes, then sprinkle seasoning B evenly, and mix well with a rice spoon to serve.
Asparagus clam
Materials:
6 asparagus clam 1/2kg shredded seaweed 1 tablespoon shredded ginger 1 tablespoon sliced pepper1tablespoon white rice, 2 cups of water.

2 tablespoons sugar 1/2 tablespoons salt 1 teaspoon sesame oil 2 teaspoons pepper 1 teaspoon.
Exercise:
(1) Wash asparagus and cut it into 2 ~ 3 sections. Soak the clams in water for about 3 hours, and spit sand for later use.
(2) Wash the rice, drain the water, add 2 cups of water for soaking 15 ~ 20 minutes, then add seasoning, shredded ginger and pepper, mix well, and cook in an electric cooker. After the switch is tripped, it will take 15 minutes to open the cover.
(3) After opening the lid, add the chopped asparagus, add a little water to the outer pot, press the switch and cook.
(4) Boil a pot of water, put in the clams, turn off the fire after the clams open, and take out the clams one by one with chopsticks for later use. Add the cooked clams and shredded seaweed to the asparagus rice and gently stir it with a spoon from bottom to top. Serve.
Bamboo shoots and shrimp
Materials:
Fresh bamboo shoots 1 shrimp 1/2 cups chopped green onion 2 tablespoons white rice 2 cups water 2 cups.
Seasoning a:
Salt 1 teaspoon sugar 2 teaspoons sesame oil 2 teaspoons
Seasoning b:
Wine 1/2 tablespoons of seven-flavor Chili powder 2 teaspoons.
Exercise:
(1) Fresh bamboo shoots are shelled, crude fibers are removed, washed, and cut into 2 cm inclined slices for later use. Wash shrimps, remove intestinal sludge and blanch with hot water for later use.
(2) Wash the rice, drain the water, add 2 cups of water to soak for 15 ~ 20 minutes, then add bamboo shoots and seasoning A, stir slightly and cook in an electric rice cooker. Don't turn it on after the switch is tripped. Let it stew for about 15 minutes.
(3) Finally, open the pot cover, add the blanched shrimps, chopped green onion and seasoning B, mix well, cover the pot cover and stew for about 2-3 minutes, and take out.
Tomato fragrant rice
Materials:

Sweet potato and cheese rice
Materials:

(2) Peel and dice the sweet potato for later use. Cheese is also diced for use.

Mung bean osmanthus rice
Materials:
Mung bean kernel 1 cup of white rice, 2 cups of water, 2 cups.

When using fresh green beans, there is no need to increase or decrease the cooking water, because the water contained in green beans is enough to make them mature.
