You can't. Non-immediate family members can't attend primary schools near relatives' homes, but immediate family members can. There are two situations: the husband and wife are separated or are immediate family members with the head of the household. Because nephews and uncles are collateral relatives, not lineal blood relatives, they do not meet the conditions for moving relatives.

If a nephew declares his birth, it shall be declared by his father and mother at the domicile of both parties. If it refers to household registration, generally speaking, only immediate family members can be linked to household registration (parents, spouses, children). It is generally unlikely to link to the uncle's name. If an adoption relationship is formed in uncle and nephew, they can declare their birth or link it with their household registration.

Procedures for the registration of children:

1. After accepting the applicant's application materials, the police station shall carefully check and investigate, issue an investigation report, make an audit opinion, and report it to the district, county (city) bureau within 5 working days.
