Steamed egg
Ingredients: 2 cooked salted duck eggs, 2 preserved eggs and 4 eggs.
Exercise:

Ingredients: duck eggs, 3 aniseed, cinnamon 1 piece, dried tangerine peel 1 piece, cassia twig 1 spoon, ginger 1 piece, fragrant leaves 1 spoon.

Production method:
1. Peel the preserved eggs, put them in a bowl and steam them in a steamer for 5 minutes. After cooling, cut them into small pieces.
2. Wash the duck egg shell, scoop up the egg white with a bowl, gently tap a small mouth at the tip of the raw duck egg, and clean the egg skin and membrane to reveal a small hole.
3. Insert small pieces of preserved eggs bit by bit. At the same time, duck eggs will flow out continuously, only into small bowls prepared in advance (duck eggs can be used for cooking).
4. Put half a preserved egg in, it is basically full, and the preserved egg almost seals the small hole. Don't use too much force when filling, and don't squeeze the duck egg yolk.
5. Put the duck eggs stuffed with preserved eggs into a bowl and steam in a steamer for about 20 minutes. Cooling, peeling, and cutting.
