My favorite dish is braised trotters. In fact, I may have several favorite dishes every time I grew up. Braised trotters have always been my favorite in my life for more than 20 years. In short, as long as I can remember, I especially like to eat braised pig's trotters. In fact, it is said that braised pig's feet is the first dish my mother learned to cook. Let's see, since I was born, my mother has been cooking for several years, and her skills are exquisite, so it tastes particularly delicious, which is one of the reasons why I like to eat. But why have I always liked eating all these years? That's because there is also a story about braised pig's trotters.
The reason why I think the braised pig's trotters cooked by my mother are delicious is because my mother doesn't want to stay up for too long, so the taste is particularly strong. I feel very happy every time I eat braised pig's trotters. Although I am very tired after eating my teeth, I can still wipe my mouth and start eating something else. When I was a child, many children especially liked to eat sugar, but I was not very interested in sweet things, because when I was a child, my mother began to tell me that if I ate too much sugar, my teeth would fall out and I could not eat braised pig's feet. So every time I eat sugar, I give it to many children, but I seldom eat sugar, and my teeth are particularly well protected.
But as long as the child goes through a process of changing teeth. Looking back now, I think the most difficult period of my childhood may be the period of changing teeth, and those days when there were no trotters to eat. So when I change my teeth, my mother seldom makes braised pig's feet, because she is afraid that I will drool when I look at you, and I can't eat it if I want. But one day I was very angry. I really wanted to eat braised trotters, and then I cried. Then dad thought of a way to cook it in a pressure cooker until it was rotten before eating it. But at that time, there were only rice cookers and no pressure cookers at home. Then my mother immediately called my grandmother and asked if her pressure cooker was still working. Knowing that it can be used, dad rushed to get it.
So that night I ate braised pig's trotters, which my father walked back and forth for more than two hours and my mother cooked for two hours. So braised trotters are really my favorite dish, and now I miss my mother's braised trotters.
