Ingredients: fresh cucumber 500g, ginger 5g, garlic clove 5g, salt 10g, Chili powder 10g, aniseed 5g, vinegar 10ml, sugar 5g and chicken essence 3g.
1. Wash fresh cucumber, ginger and garlic and air dry.
