2. Peel and dice carrots for later use.
3. Chop a catty of three fat and seven thin pork into minced meat.

There are two ways.
First kind
Add the minced meat to the eggs and stir well.
Stir the prepared corn kernels, diced carrots and chopped shallots and celery evenly.
Season again, add salt, chicken essence, soy sauce, oyster sauce, a little sugar, thirteen spices and corn starch, and stir well.

The second type
Chop up some minced garlic
Heat oil in a wok, add minced garlic and stir-fry, then add minced pork and stir-fry until half-cooked, and add oyster sauce and stir-fry.
Then add diced carrots and corn kernels in turn and continue to stir fry.
Finally, season, add salt, chicken essence, soy sauce and a little sugar, then add chopped green onion and celery, stir well and then take out the pot.
