Step 7: Spread the minced meat with good taste evenly on the tofu block, then put it in a steamer that is boiled in advance and cover it, and steam for about 15 minutes.
Step 8: Steaming tofu, then we cut the sweet pepper into small particles and put them on a plate for later use.
Step 9: After 15 minutes, take out the steamed tofu, pour the soup inside into the pot, pour the sweet pepper granules at the same time, open fire to boil the soup, and finally add a spoonful of starch water to thicken the soup.
