French cheese baked shrimp
Ingredients: fresh grass shrimp.
Accessories: 20g chives, 20g ginger, mozzarella cheese, fresh enoki mushrooms.
Seasoning: a little salt, black pepper, condensed milk, lemon, salad dressing, mustard, cooking wine.
Preparation:
1. Remove the beards and feet of fresh grass shrimps, make an incision on the back, and marinate with chives, ginger, cooking wine, salt, and chicken powder for 10 minutes.
2. Cut fresh enoki mushrooms into sections and add 50 grams of salad dressing, 5 grams of mustard, 15 grams of condensed milk, and lemon juice to the soup.
