The practice of frying bitter gourd
Ingredients: bitter gourd and carrot
Accessories: oil, garlic and salt.
1. Wash bitter gourd and carrot, and cut oil, salt and garlic into powder for later use.
2. Cut the stem of bitter gourd, cut the inner pulp, and peel and cut the carrot.
3. Boil water in the pot, put bitter gourd and carrot in boiling water, blanch for 30 seconds respectively, and remove for later use.
